Beluga

This project is solid, well defined but constantly evolving. “I do not want it to culminate merely through images or specific compositions; I wish for it to serve as an introduction, a point of departure.”

Made in Italy, Beluga enters the Rastelli scene as a composition of restrained elegance, capable of defining the space it occupies and imbuing it with rhythm through musical finesse. Beluga is like a true orchestra, masterfully blending lights and shadows, voids and volumes, metals, and natural essences.

The composition is grounded in two fundamental concepts: the first is the modern notion of light as the fourth dimension of space, facilitating the creation of a chromatic and material equilibrium among the strict linearity of metallic tubes that provide rhythm, the solid presence of heat-treated oak doors that lend weight to the ensemble, and the perforated metal sheet, an element that offers both fusion and lightness through its interaction with light.

The second tenet of the Beluga philosophy is planarity: doors with coplanar sliding do not obstruct and allow for comfortable access to the interior of the units. The result is a true design experience, a sensory journey engaging all five senses, a tangible system of open architecture.

Beluga shapes the space with plain elegance, rhythm, and harmony. Flexible and diverse geometries coalesce, enveloping the environment in a style that is quintessentially Italian.

Original, sophisticated, and contemporary, it integrates signs of the past with the softness of the wood effect and the rigor of the metal bookcase while preserving a contemporary aesthetic. The ability to mix various materials and finishes enables us to continually offer unique solutions.

The techno-poetry of design approaches art, reclaiming the value of materials, colors, lights, and decorations to create spaces that simplify our gestures and enhance the enjoyment of life.
